b. Pricing

All prices for PLAD homes, including The OMNI, The AURA, and custom models, are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices shown on our Website reflect the cost of the standard models and are subject to the following pricing terms:

  • Price Changes: Prices may be adjusted at PLAD’s discretion without prior notice to reflect changes in market conditions, material costs, labor rates, or other factors that may influence the final sale price. Any changes in pricing will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
  • Custom Homes Pricing: For custom-designed homes, prices may vary based on the complexity of the design, additional features requested, specific materials selected, and any special requirements. Customers interested in custom options will be provided with a bespoke quote that outlines all associated costs.
  • Shipping and Additional Costs: The prices listed do not include shipping fees, taxes, or any additional costs related to delivery, assembly, or installation. These costs will be calculated separately and provided to the Customer during the checkout process or at the time of the quote for custom orders.
  • Errors and Corrections: While PLAD takes every precaution to ensure that pricing is accurate on our Website, errors may occasionally occur. In the event that a pricing error is identified, PLAD reserves the right to correct the error and either cancel the affected order or adjust it to reflect the accurate pricing. Customers will be notified promptly of any such errors and provided with the option to cancel their order if the revised price is unsatisfactory.
  • Order Cancellations Due to Pricing Errors: If an order is placed with an incorrect price, whether due to a technical error, typographical mistake, or any other reason, PLAD reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed. If the Customer prefers to proceed with the corrected price, an opportunity to do so will be offered.
  • Deposit Requirements: Depending on the type of home ordered (standard or custom), a deposit may be required to secure the order. This deposit is generally non-refundable except in cases where the order is canceled by PLAD due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inability to fulfill the order or product unavailability).
  • Final Payment Terms: The remaining balance for the home, including any shipping or additional costs, must be paid in full prior to shipment or delivery. PLAD reserves the right to withhold delivery until all payments are received and processed. Payment terms for custom orders may vary based on the specific terms agreed upon between PLAD and the Customer at the time of purchase.
