Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains what we store when you interact with us on Facebook, Instagram or Messenger, and how to ask us to delete it.

PLAD Homes (pladhomes.com) and Suofeiya USA (suofeiyausa.com) are operated by the same company. Both brands use an automated messaging assistant, ERO AI Systems, to reply to comments on our Facebook Pages, messages sent to those Pages through Messenger, and messages sent to our Instagram accounts through Instagram Direct.

What We Collect From Facebook and Instagram

When you comment on one of our posts or send us a message, we may store:

The ID Meta assigns you for that conversation. It is scoped to our page and our app; it is not your Facebook or Instagram login.
Your public display name and profile picture, as Facebook or Instagram shows them to us.
The text of the comment or message you sent, and the date and time you sent it.

How We Use It

We store this in our customer relationship management system and in the assistant’s own database. The text of your message is sent to an AI model to draft a reply, which is then posted back to you as a public comment reply or a direct message.

We do not sell this information. We share it only with the providers that run the system for us: our CRM, our hosting provider, our AI model provider, and our email and SMS providers.

How to Request Deletion

Email info@pladhomes.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Include the name or profile link you used on Facebook or Instagram when you contacted us, so we can find your records.
Say that you are asking us to delete the data from your Facebook or Instagram contact with us.
We will confirm we received the request, and we may ask you to verify your identity before we delete anything.
We delete the data described above from our CRM and our database within 30 days of a verified request, and email you a confirmation when it is done.
For Suofeiya USA data, use the same process at info@suofeiyausa.com.

A Note on Facebook’s Deletion Callback

Facebook lets an app publish either an automated deletion callback endpoint or a set of written deletion instructions. We publish instructions, and this page is that URL. Every request is read and carried out by a person here rather than by an automated endpoint, which is why we ask for the email above instead of handling it silently in the background. The 30-day commitment is the same either way.

Stopping Future Collection

Removing our app’s access stops us collecting anything new. It does not delete what we already hold — use the email request above for that.

On Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (called Apps and Websites in some versions), find ERO AI Systems, and remove it.
On Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites, find ERO AI Systems, and remove it.
You can delete your own comment or message inside Facebook or Instagram at any time. That removes it from public view, but not from the copy already in our CRM — email us to have that removed too.
